Design

Trebolcad are a technical team specialized in the design and manufacture of metal filters and filter solutions for industry. Our mission is to understand the needs of our customers in order to offer them the best solution. We design and manufacture with the specific needs of each application in mind, offering specialised technical support and a personalised sales service adapted to each need. Thanks to our human team with more than 15 years of experience in the filtration sector, we offer filtering solutions from the initial design phase to the final delivery, all in a process to offer an agile and effective response. Our philosophy “one to one” allows us to offer a custom design and manufacture in short delivery times, with manufactures from 1 unit to large series.

We work the wire cloth, the perforated plate, the unfolded metal and the wire mesh. Our technical office designs the metal filters according to your needs, technical plans or specifications. We have an integral solution for all our productive processes, allowing us to manufacture from standard products to a unique and personalized piece.

We have warehouse, GTAW (TIG), GMAW (MIG) and electrode welding lines, specialized in the manipulation and confection of elements in metallic mesh INOX, mechanized, own matrix and repulsed of parts of support and lace, realizing finished frosted, satin, polished… etc. according to necessities, happening through so diverse treatments as the electro polished or satinized of our filter-sieves.

Thanks to the synergy between our technical department and our specialized production department, we combine serial manufacturing with the genius of making unique handcrafted pieces, customized for each of our customers.

The deliveries of our sieve-filters are carried out with their corresponding identification engravings, certificates of composition of material offering
guarantees of origin of our materials with their perfect traceability.
We have detailed technical data sheets with filtration degrees, tolerances, wire diameters and useful filtration surfaces.
The quality control department has the necessary means for the verification and control of all supplies.
